Changes to your legal name or date of birth require a support request because these fields are tied to your KYC verification. PKR Beat automatically locks an account after five consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. The lock releases automatically after 30 minutes, or you can contact our support team via live chat for an immediate reset. Accounts can also be placed under review for pending KYC documents or unusual activity — in those cases, our team will contact you by email with the next steps required.

Yes — PKR Beat's full platform is browser-based and works on any Android or iOS device through your standard mobile browser. No app download is required. PKR Beat accepts Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All methods process in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — there is no currency conversion and no foreign transaction fee on your end. The same method used for your deposit must be used for withdrawals, subject to availability and PKR Beat's verification requirements.

The minimum deposit on PKR Beat is Rs 500 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay. For IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard card payments, the minimum deposit is Rs 1,000. Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay deposits are credited to your PKR Beat account instantly in the vast majority of cases. IBFT transfers typically take between a few minutes and a couple of hours depending on your bank. Card deposits usually credit within a few minutes. If your deposit has not shown after 30 minutes, screenshot the transaction confirmation from your mobile wallet app and send it to support@pkrbeat.bet.

Log in to your PKR Beat account, go to the Cashier section, and select Withdrawal. Choose your preferred method (the same one used for your deposit where applicable), enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Withdrawals to Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically processed the same business day. IBFT and card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on your bank. Your KYC must be verified before your first withdrawal is approved.

The minimum withdrawal amount on PKR Beat is Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card withdrawals. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified PKR Beat accounts at standard levels, though VIP tier upgrades unlock higher single-transaction limits. First, check that the amount you entered meets the minimum threshold for your chosen method. Then verify that your mobile wallet account has sufficient balance and that your internet connection is stable. If the amount was deducted from your wallet but has not appeared in your PKR Beat account, take a screenshot of the deduction confirmation and contact support@pkrbeat.bet immediately — our team can trace and credit the transaction manually.

PKR Beat does not charge any platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Some payment providers — particularly banks processing IBFT — may apply their own transaction fee on your end, which is outside PKR Beat's control. Mobile wallet providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash etc.) generally do not charge for incoming transfers. Check your specific wallet provider's fee schedule if you are unsure.

Common reasons for a delayed PKR Beat withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, an active bonus with remaining wagering requirements, a pending account review, or a bank processing delay outside our control. Log in to your PKR Beat account and check the Withdrawal History section for any status messages. If the status shows "Processing" for more than 24 hours, contact support with your transaction reference number.

As a general rule, PKR Beat requires withdrawals to be returned to the same payment method used for deposits, up to the deposited amount. This is an anti-money-laundering requirement, not a platform restriction. If your deposit method is no longer active (e.g. a mobile number has changed), contact support@pkrbeat.bet with verification details and the team can arrange an alternative withdrawal method with additional identity checks.

Bonuses & Promotions

PKR Beat offers a 100% match bonus on your first deposit, up to the maximum stated in the current promotion. This means if you deposit Rs 5,000, you receive Rs 5,000 in bonus funds credited to your account automatically. The minimum qualifying deposit for the welcome bonus is Rs 500. A wagering requirement means you need to bet the bonus amount a certain number of times before it converts to withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place total bets of Rs 10,000 using that bonus before it can be withdrawn. Your bonus wallet in your PKR Beat account shows your progress toward the requirement in real time. Only bets with real-money balance count toward wagering in some promotions — check individual bonus terms.

On the registration form's third step, there is an optional Promo Code field. Enter any valid PKR Beat promo code there before completing registration. Some codes apply to deposits rather than registration — in those cases, the code field appears in the Cashier when you make a qualifying deposit. Promo codes cannot be applied retroactively after registration or after a deposit has been completed.

Every real-money bet placed on PKR Beat earns loyalty points. Points accumulate over time and your VIP tier advances as your balance crosses thresholds. Higher tiers unlock faster withdrawal processing, dedicated account managers, higher deposit and withdrawal limits, and exclusive bonus offers. No — bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is fully met. You can, however, withdraw your real-money balance at any time, subject to normal withdrawal processing. If you prefer not to complete the wagering requirement, you can forfeit any remaining bonus from your bonus wallet in Account Settings. Once forfeited, the bonus and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds will be removed.

Yes — most PKR Beat bonuses have an expiry period, which is stated clearly in the individual bonus terms shown at the time the bonus is claimed. The welcome bonus typically expires 30 days after being credited. Free bets and reload bonuses may have shorter expiry windows. Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game. A single card (the Joker) is placed face-up. Cards are dealt alternately to the Andar (inside) and Bahar (outside) piles. You bet on which pile will receive a card matching the Joker's value first. PKR Beat offers live Andar Bahar with real dealers, multiple table speeds, and side bets. Crash games feature a rising multiplier that starts at 1x and climbs until it crashes at a random point. You place a bet in PKR before the round starts and must cash out before the crash occurs. Cash out early and you collect your bet multiplied by the current multiplier. If you do not cash out before the crash, you lose the bet. PKR Beat's poker section offers Texas Hold'em and Omaha cash games, sit-and-go tournaments, and scheduled multi-table tournaments (MTTs) — all in PKR. While PKR Beat's platform itself focuses on live scores and in-play betting markets rather than a live video stream, you can use a separate broadcast source alongside the PKR Beat betting interface. In-play odds update every few seconds to reflect the live match situation.

PKR Beat follows standard rules for abandoned or suspended matches. If a cricket match is abandoned before a result can be determined, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned to your PKR Beat account balance within 24 hours. In-play bets settled before the abandonment stand. For matches reduced by rain in limited-overs cricket, PKR Beat uses the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method result if declared by officials.

Security & KYC

PKR Beat requires identity verification (KYC) before processing your first withdrawal. Standard documents accepted include your National Identity Card (CNIC) — both sides — or a valid Pakistani passport. The document must be current, clear, and show all four corners. In some cases, a selfie holding your CNIC alongside your face may also be requested. Document uploads are reviewed within 24 hours and often within a few hours during business days.

Log in to your PKR Beat account and go to Account Settings, then select Security. Toggle two-factor authentication on. You will be asked to confirm your registered Pakistani mobile number. Once enabled, every login from an unrecognised device will require a one-time SMS code in addition to your password. PKR Beat strongly recommends enabling 2FA — it is the single most effective protection against unauthorised account access.

The most common reasons for KYC rejection on PKR Beat are blurry or cropped images, expired documents, or a mismatch between the name on the document and the name used during registration. Re-upload clearer images ensuring all four corners of your CNIC are visible and the text is legible. If your registered name has a spelling difference from your CNIC, contact support@pkrbeat.bet to resolve the discrepancy before resubmitting.

PKR Beat uses 256-bit SSL encryption on all connections between your device and our servers — the same standard used by major Pakistani banks.
